Hedge Trimming & Garden Pruning

Overgrown Lot (First Cut)

Heavy initial cut for unmaintained or overgrown grass over 8 inches. Covers extra crew time, equipment wear, and debris cleanup for the first visit.

• Large lots (5,000-8,000 sq ft) — from $200
• Grass over 8" but under 18" (taller = brush cutter required)

Swale & Ditch Mowing

Mowing of drainage swales, ditches, and sloped terrain adjacent to your property. Pricing depends on size, depth, and accessibility.

• Standard swales up to 50 ft long, under 3 ft deep — $35
• Longer or deeper ditches — custom quote
• Steep slopes may require brush cutter ($45+)
• Added to your regular service visits

Revive thin or damaged turf with nutrient-rich triple mix topdressing and premium grass seed — ideal after core aeration.

• Base package: 1 cubic yard triple mix + grass seed (up to 1,500 sq ft)
